Charlie was awesome to deal with, responding quickly to questions, and calling us about details to make sure we knew what he was thinking and how much it would cost before proceeding. His work was of very high quality and we are very happy with our new window seat cushions! We will refer others to This Old Couch and call him again in the future! And you got to love the name...clever!

This company, This Old Couch,is a fantastic company. They reupholstered a chair that had been in my family from the 1960s when I knew of the chair, and I'm sure it was older than that. It was my granddad's chair, and the material would cut ur legs when u sat on it from the 2 tears that had opened up on them. My husband used duct tape to close up the seams, but it just looked worse. Mr. Charles Nielsen brought it back to its glory days, and it looks better than ever. I know my grandfather would b proud that we kept it all of these years. The craftsmanship of the work Mr. Nielsen did was just over the top. He was extremely skillful, and the chair was ready in no time. I have been raving about This Old Couch and Mr. Nielsen's work on Facebook. If u ever need anything redone, please consider using this company. U will b exceptionally pleased. Brought my couch to Charlie to get a rip in the back. Charlie ended up fixing a squeeze in it also. While I was there I ended up feeling some of the foam that he had, needles to say I ended up getting new padding. Pricing was great, he did more than I asked and was quick.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and will absolutely have have more work done by Charlie at “This Old Couch”.
