This location is great. We picked up a 26’ Penske Truck from this location. Very helpful and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our experience.
Returned my truck there from a cross country trip. Easy and smooth return.
I rented a truck and trailer for an interstate move from this location. I got a much better price on their website than I could find at any of their competitors, and pickup was as smooth as could be (the truck and trailer were pulled up and waiting for me when I arrived). I couldn't ask for anything more from a rental truck company.
I was told I would have a moving truck by 12pm and even checked the morning of. I'm on a limited time frame for people helping me load it and at 12, as I arrived, they called to inform me my truck was not there. I was then told it would be half an hour. 45 minutes later I arrive AGAIN and I'm told it's 5 minutes out. I've been here almost half an hour past that and still no truck. I've officially lost all of the helpers due to their work schedule and will have to be further behind getting out of town because I have to load a truck all on my own. This has been horrible and I will never rent from here or recommend them again.
