Easy in and easy out. The best part of this place is that it is climate controlled. My unit was indoors so I was never out in the elements while at my unit. The high ceilings allow for stacking really high. Freight elevators and carts make moving very simple. One down side was that they could not pro-rate so I had to pay for a full month even though my unit was empty for 2 weeks.
We had a great experience with CubeSmart on Gordon Avenue. We reserved our unit over the phone and then we stopped by to check it out before actually renting the unit. They took us on a tour and explained how everything worked. Moving day went smoothly. There were plenty of hand trucks for us to use to take our items from the moving van, down the elevator, and to our storage unit.
Jen was very professional and got us into a unit in no time. It was very clean, a lot more room, we like that there were carts to use and made moving in much easier and faster. Strongly recommend CubeSmart if you are in need of extra storage.
Awesome service. Love the online process. Lost my key in the first few weeks and they only charge you for the replacement lock.
