Chapell & Lamont delivered our pod this morning. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I will be back to write another scathing review... DO NOT USE GO MINI’s. We have had the most awful experience ever. Rented the largest container, had it picked up, and received a call that it was over “weight” and couldn’t get past the weigh station. There was never any weight ever mentioned in any conversations, nor is there a weight mechanism to weigh the container. It’s loaded with regular “moving things”. Not good bars. 🤬 Their resolution was to bring the container back to the home we’ve sold, we can unload it, and they would refund our money... 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ We have to be out of our house tomorrow. Needless to say, I am unloading a 20 ft container, and will be filing a lawsuit against the company shortly.

Brett & Chapell were both SO amazing to work with, even when our moving schedule got complicated and shifted so many times. Fantastic service all the way around, and for a service that saved us so much trouble with packing - we were able to do it at our own pace. Highly recommend Go Mini's! Especially the Layton crew!

This experience was customer service at it's best! when you have to use a pod you should really choose Go Mini's! I had arranged with another company what i thought was a large 16' pod. when they came it was 7x5...yikes! I had movers coming at 1:00 and at 9 i didn't have any place to put things. I called Go Mini's and Brett really made things happen. Other companies I called said they could not have a pod out until next week, Brett at Go Mini's said he could help me today. He rushed his driver to be here before 1 and the pod was perfect in and out. Even the driver went the extra effort and placed the pod with the door where i wanted it. Thanks Brett and team for making one happy customer! I will highly recommend you!

Terrible Customer Service! The first part of the process went smoothly. However, their customer service when picking up from the new location is terrible. Potential clients be very aware. They will not pro rate!! Even if you call them before your billing cycle ends rolling to the next month and they at 15 days out you will be charged for the whole month. Even if they pick up the day after you will be charged the full month. When you try and call, all Brett can respond with is "company policy'. They really don't want loyal customers just your money. Tread lightly they want to double down on your money and stick to "company policy" and not the customer.
