If there were a zero option I would take it. Ordered a chaise/sofa August 2020. 8 weeks later a broken chaise was delivered and discovered they never even ordered the sofa. They ordered the sofa - as of January still did not have it. After dozens of calls and broken promises, in March I asked them to pick up the broken chaise, cancel the sofa order and give a full refund. They refunded the sofa that I never received the same day. The chaise was picked up three weeks ago, still no refund. I have left three messages this week, as no one ever actually answers the phone in accounting, and no return calls. Eventually I will get my money back. As an aside, I got a couch/chaise from a competitor in 3 days. Ashley was the worst experience of my life with a furniture store.

The sales rep we had was a bit pushy and intrusive. A lot of items in the showrooms were out of stock. When working up the cost sheet they listed some things at higher prices than they were originally listed in the showroom. Overall, they have a pretty good selection of furniture but make sure you check your cost sheet for errors.

Maria Boynton, the sales lady and Manager Maia were great. Maria B helped us find another sectional that was in the warehouse stock because we had canceled one we ordered in Virginia Beach cause it was ending up taking 5 months. She coordinated delivery with our other delivery and made the entire experience outstanding.

Found what we were looking for. It's going to take three months to get, but that's perfect timing for when we move into our new home. Other sales person, Jasmine, was not pushy and didn't stalk us like they do at home depot.

This was the worse experience I've ever had. My sales rep Taz was not knowledgeable enough and was worried more about a sell than making sure he gave correct information. The managers were not helpful and everyone gave me the run around when it came to my financing. We were told one thing which is what we did then a few weeks later everything changed. Their in house financing is the worse and they do not make sense with their request. Before you run a person's credit and tell them they are alive, know all the correct information because we have ending up front. I was told that I needed to make a down payment after I was approved for no down payment. That was fine and my order was still canceled 2 months after i did what was asked. I would never go back there and it also stopped me from making a purchase at Grand because it's the same company. Kathy Ross was also no help because she did not respond back to my call or email and she was the one who stated to make the payment. Do better Ashley Furniture.
