At first, the service was great when I assume the owner was trying to sell me a couch but once it was purchased all downhill from there.nnWe bought a sectional but the chaise lounger had a huge rip in it, he assured me that they already ordered a new one and it would be delivered directly to my door. This was in the beginning of August. Fast forward to September after no communication I decided to come by the store and see what was going on, he didn’t even know what I was talking about! He finally looked up the order and said “oh” then again assured me I would get a call. I got a call the next day and he gave me a delivery date.nnObviously that was also fake because we got a call asking when they should delivery etc and that they would call in the morning to confirm. No call, it’s now OCTOBER. I’m at a loss at what to do, we paid over $1,000 for a damaged product this is unacceptable for a business. He maybe nice at first trying to sell you furniture but beware if he “assures” you anything.

We had a great experience with Wayne's Home! We were able to browse at our leisure without any pressure from a sales person. We purchased our couch within 15 minutes of arriving, and it was delivered within 1 business day. We would highly recommend this store!

They gave great customer service and are friendly. The entire process was quick and a breeze. The application was easy and quick as well. Once I was approved, which took a matter of seconds, all I had to do was pick out what I wanted. My payment information was already in the system from my application. I signed my agreement and on about my day. Excellent place your your home furniture needs!

Unfortunately I am having the same issues as others have stated in their reviews. Our couch was delivered and damaged by the delivery drivers. A huge hole in one of the cushions and a rip on the side. They promised to replace my couch and said it would take up to 12 weeks. I have many emails correspondence with them stating they are waiting on the couch and it still has not arrived. It has been over 4 months now and they have no tracking information, no shipment date, and I have paid 1200$ for the couch. They really need to work on customer service and also they always blame the manufacturer for the reason they are waiting. I understand that can be out of their control but you are still taking peoples money and giving them couches that are ripped. I would not advise anyone to purchase anything expensive from here. I bought a kitchen island here that works well but the couch is still ripped and has not been replaced.
