I came in completely unexpected to buy furniture at all, but here I am buying furniture. An employee by the name of James was there assisting me and was awesome! He was able to assist me with defining me needs in my new apartment and giving me a clear understanding how certain pieces would work in a space! James was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. He was not only able to assist me but several other customers, along with doing huge carry out orders! That’s so awesome, it seemed like a stressful situation that had more than under control. Once I’ve had all of my furniture decided on and how I want to get everything paid for he was very understanding and happy to help in any way he could by offering problem solving solutions and giving me great tips to get my furniture on time. This was a great experience, I would definitely shop in the furniture section again he displayed respect, multi tasking skills, and great leadership. I would totally recommend to friends and family members to try out that area of the store!nnDid I mention James was so helpful he called several other store to see if they had furniture in stock for me rather than having to order some of it! Totally awesome experience, if you get the chance shop with James great service.nnAnd if district manager is reading this, get there systems up to date so they are able to further their great services with modern equipment.nn(:

The store manager went all out to get me a rug I was interested in buying. He went beyond. He kept me informed when the rug would be available. It was a outstanding experience.
