We are building a new house and need everything. We have been all over VA. Beach. This place has very nice quality, reasonable pricing and service with attention to every little detail. We are picky. I've been looking for a power recliner for months. Found the perfect one for $1500 (total) in 10 mimutes. A lot of the furniture I've seen for sale up and down VA Beach Blvd I wouldn't take if it were free. Ashley is very refreshing.

Purchased furniture from this location and was told I could pick up on Saturday — it was the only reason I purchased it. Was given wrong furniture and not advised until after U-Haul was returned and my old furniture was thrown out. Office manager and Jennifer at pick up location were both incredibly inefficient and advised there was nothing they could do — I would have to call out of work on Tuesday to be available for delivery or I could keep the dresser that doesn’t match the set I purchased (both ridiculous suggestions and not customer forward at all). Was treated like them delivering it after their mistake was some kind of favor to me.nnWould not suggest this company or it’s warehouse for purchase of anything.

Long story short my wife and I purchased a couch here after a horrible experience elsewhere. Ken was amazing. He explained everything upfront, showed us several models of what we were looking for, and then let us wander and decide for ourselves. He answered all our questions even more in depth than we had anticipated. When it came time to buy, he got us in and out the door.nnWe loved the quality of the couch, but even more than that we loved Ken. Go here for your furniture needs. Ask for Ken. You won’t be disappointed.

Purchased a sectional, in store service was fine. Was told the delivery date would be March 28. Got a call from delivery team while I was at work to confirm my delivery. When I called back no one was in, so I talked to customer service. They said it’s just a reminder call to let me know the delivery date. I receive a call March 26, saying that the only date available for delivery was April 2. There was some confusion on who is in charge of setting the delivery date. I get a call to confirm my delivery for April 2. I confirm, and was told I would be contacted with a 2 hour delivery window first thing in the morning. I get a call at 1130 saying the delivery driver can’t come and that I would have to reschedule for April 3. It’s now April 3 @ 1220, no call for a 2 hour window, no couch, no information or update. Some serious lack of communication and organization with this business.

Unfortunately never again!nnSales experience was great aside from the fact that we were mislead about the warranty. The person in the service department was also very nice and followed up BUT the warranty was not honored as sold. Sadly .... not again.nnReply : unfortunately only a partial was offered that I am not even able to collect as I do not have access to the card originally used.
