We just purchased our bedroom set from Rooms To Go and were very pleased with the overall experience. The showroom is beautiful and well laid out. Gabrielle, our saleswoman, was fantastic. She helped guide us to what we were looking for and really listened to what we wanted, which helped us find the perfect set. Gabrielle was also very knowledgeable and never pushy about selling anything. We appreciate her help and plan to go back within the next few months for our living room set. Thank you!

I was very impressed with this store. Very well laid out and clean. Greeted quickly and since it was my first time in the store, the associate explained the price tags and where things were. No pushy sales people on the floor. We worked with Shelby who was very knowledgeable and personable. She explained very clearly the shipping and delivery process. I will be calling her when I’m ready to start looking for new living room furniture!

Rooms To Go had a very impressive selection. Out of the 5 stores we stopped at prior this place had the best prices and a very nice selection. Michael assisted us during our search. He did an outstanding job making suggestions and substitutions being our first choice was on a three month back order. He made the sale and I am very pleased to have had this experience. My only regret is not stopping here first. It would have saved us a lot of unnecessary running around. Their children’s bedroom section is amazing. I wish this location had opened much sooner.

Melissa Miller was a God-Send! Buying furniture is usually not a problem! But we had a problem. However, Melissa met us right away and went to work. She is a ‘furniture-fixer and the right person to meet your needs! Trying to make a long story shorter, we were promised delivery of a living room suite only five days from now, furniture that we ordered a month ago. The sales person at another store called us with only 5 days notice and said “no-go,” that we would have no furniture in our home on moving day. With family coming and Easter on the way, we had a dilemma, but not for long. Melissa worked hard to find us every piece we needed in a fast, efficient and super-friendly way. We were even able to locate other furniture we needed. Melissa is stellar and provide the utmost exemplary service! She is a resource expert and definitely has new customers and Rooms To Go definitely beat out the other guys across the street, HANDS-DOWN, thanks to Melissa Miller! Regards - Roger and Robin

Shelby was excellent! Knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! She asked us important questions about our lifestyle and our plan for the use of the furniture. And she showed us several purchase options for best value. All around a fabulous experience and I knew I could trust her expertise. We will definitely do business with her again!
