I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for my couch when it is guaranteed in 90 days. Communication is horrible. I was told my couch would be delivered yesterday and it was canceled. I took off work to be there for the delivery. I have been told it will be delivered today and haven’t received a call. I have been waiting around all day to receive a call for when my couch will come today... nothing. If you are looking for quick business, communication and professionalism... do not go here. I have been very patient but this has been the last straw for me. I would give 0 stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When we first got our new furniture we set up a payment plan , and it was interest free. When we had to get our old furniture replaced, it was suppose to be free, but instead they charged us for those items. And then added all the interest to my newer items. And they randomly take your money on days you were not scheduled to pay. And we are now with no money at all because grand furniture has taken all of our money and is holding it for 90 days and we have called and called and called, nobody has answered us. And nobody will call us back so we can get this issue resolved. I am over this company. DO NOT BUY FROM GRAND FURNITURE!! it seems great at first but they WILL screw you over in the end!

Our salesman was extremely nice . We have a small issue with our sofa . The team on the other end of the phone . Very very unprofessional. We are getting another delivery. We were told a certain date but they never gave us a time. I called for time and they told me no clue. Save your money and go somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed in my service

I have been trying to get ahold of someone to handle my complaint for a few days now. We went to go pick up our other loveseat and it was about to be loaded damaged. The nice lady at the warehouse noticed just in time. Then we find out that they don’t have anymore in that warehouse it was at another. She offered us free delivery for April 7th. Ok cool. Well I wait around and watch what stop they are at and I get passed. I call and the lady said that I’m next. Well at 5 I call because they had been on stop 13 for the last 2 hours (I was 7). She said oh the truck is done for the day. They pulled your couch off the truck and we don’t know why. She transfers me to the store. They have no idea what’s going on. I think it was Brian a manager that was trying to tell me it was still on its way. No sir it’s not the truck is done. A different lady calls me later and says they can’t deliver until next Wednesday, another week out. So since then I have been trying to talk to Kathy, the customer rep for complaints and she hasn’t called back or answered. I talked to another lady today who said she would have a manager and Kathy get a hold of me. Still nothing. I am beyond frustrated. I will not do business here again! Horrible experience and customer service!
