Stay away from appliances at this store! I purchased a Maytag washer in December 2020 and 4 months later the agitator won’t work. Called the store and of course their return policy is 30 days so they send me to Maytag under the 1 year warranty and we all know how those go. So now I have to wait until they open on Monday to call and schedule a repairman to come out. Who knows how long that will take plus as with all repairs I will have to lose time at work to be home to let the repairman in. Lowe’s, you can do better than 30 days on a major appliance that didn’t even make it 6 months!
I was looking for a particular item in the gardening section. On my first trip in they had not received the item yet. I understand that. They told me to call to see if it has come in before I drive there. I called they said yes we have the item. So I drove there to purchase it. It was not there. Was not happy I had to make a special trip for nothing.
I’ve gotten a few things from here without issue. Parking is good. Service is good. They have what I need.

This Lowe’s had some very helpful employees. Bryan in appliance was a major help to us. He stayed with us through the whole process of us buying a tub and tub surround . Then he went with us to millwork where Steve helped us with paneling. Very helpful employee also. Then back to plumbing where Bryan continued to help us with faucets. Then Bryan and Lee helped load our purchases. We appreciate these outstanding employees and Lowe’s is lucky to have them. Thank you Ben and Patricia Sturgis
