We came in on 02/16 around 10:30am. The lady that was working was an absolutely pleasure. She was completely swamped in work, had multiple customers in the store, the delivery guy, and still managed to give us excellent customer service. She was extremely informative and very patient. 10/10 would recommend speaking with her for all your fireplace needs.
By far the best outdoor and indoor specialty store in Virginia! Everything from their vast array of gas log fireplaces, installation and service is beyond reproach. They are unequivocally the best at their business. .
My husband and I went in to look at fireplaces and grills. The selection was pretty nice but guess what? Out of 3 workers in this establishment only 1 was helping another customer and the other 2 never offered any assistance. We stood around for several minutes as they walked from office to office not saying a word. Didn’t even greet us. We finally got the hint and left. It’s sad to see our country so divided.
We had a simple but frustratingly hidden problem with getting our gas fireplace to come into flame. The Taproot representative was clear, professional and most helpful with getting the successful answer. Now we can have our cheery atmosphere once again for the holidays!
Taproot has provided us great service on our fireplace, even though it didnt come from them. They were persistent in finding the solution to a damaged brain module and went to extensive measures to get the info from the manufacturer of the brain module to get it repaired. we have a remote controlled system with a lot of features and it was a challenge to get this unit working properly. The tech continued to plug away and contact the tech support, order replacement brain, and then reset the features. thank you taproot. I know where to go when its time to buy a new gas fireplace
