Got a great deal on some furniture, great sales and coupons. Christine was super helpful and patient with me. Thanks Christine!
The furniture manager was very rude. I waited over ten minutes as one person was working in the furniture section. Once it was my turn she stopped and still helped a white couple before me. After I waited my turn.nnChristine the furniture manager then immediately said I DONT HAVE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS. She didn’t check another store or offer to until I told her.nnThen I ask for the store manager and she proceeds to tell me how well and how much customers love Christine. But I watched her be rude. The store manager Michelle made excuses for her behavior and talked about how every one loves Christine. I don’t care. I’m telling you about my experience with Christine.nnI’m pretty sure my skin and dress had a lot to do with it. They missed out on an $4k sale. I needed to furnish two bedrooms. An office. Living and dinning and pationnThey won’t EVER GET MY BUSINESS
Great store. Better than most Big Lots. Nice selection. Make sure you grab a cart. We made the mistake of not doing that earlier today!
New items all the time and fantastic deals. I enjoy shopping here, one easier places to shop in Willamsburg.
We were happy to find a very nice Big Lots in Wialliamsburg. We're Big Lots shoppers from Augusta, GA, visiting here to dog-sit for a few days. Always great prices at Big Lots!
