Wonderful staff. They were very helpfull and knowledgeable. I told them what I was looking for and I was shown exactly what I needed. No pressure to purchase anything. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. I purchased my mattress and picked it up the same day.
I didn't feel pressured, the lovely woman who helped me listened to what I wanted, and did not try to get me to get something I didn't ask for. She was knowledgeable and just really nice. I wish I had more beds needing mattresses.
Demonstrated the adjustable base we were interested in. Had all the bells and whistles. Transaction was easy and delivery and setup date convenient to our needs. Very friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere.
Mary Ellen was fantastic. From the moment she asked us how she could help us until we were walking out the door with the receipt for our ordered King mattress, she was courteous and friending and extremely knowledgeable.
