Warm greeting as soon as I walked through the door. Krystal answered all my questions and there was no pressure to buy. A lot of things to choose from. Prices were amazing. I will definitely be going back and referring people to go see them.

Drove to VFM outlet from Amherst, VA. They did not disappoint! Love my new bedroom suite! The customer service was excellent! I will be shopping here again.
Both taylor and Kristy were extremely helpful. Taylor was super patient as he walked me around to show me items that best suited my needs. I called back the next day after I decided on a purchase, and Kristy could not have made it any easier to handle over the phone.
They were incredibly helpful and patient, but did not push when we said we were still looking. The manager walked around with us and reduced the prices of multiple items without us asking. Overall wonderful experience, like always!
