Just bought a vacation home in Bristol and it was time to get the spa up and running. Sam at Southern Pools and Spas took the time to explain what we needed; more importantly why it was needed and how to do it. Great choice of products and even better customer service!
Cory, Betty, Rick and all the folks down here are great. Have dealt with them for years and are on top of their game. For all your pool supplies, chemicals, hot tubs testing and so on definitely trust them for our needs. Southern Pools and Spas will treat you right. Sure we might drive to Johnson City to save $2 or $3 bucks but they have always taken care of us so I’m fine to pay a few extra dollars to get my stuff from these folks since they are family owned and operated.
Southern Pools and Spas just installed a new liner in my pool. They did a great job. The liner company came and made a laser measurement and the liner fit perfectly. We have a new pool! The crew was fast and finished up right on time. We can't be happier.
Staff are all very qualified and courteous. Have exceeded expectations on numerous occasions, going beyond. Shop local and let Southern Pools And Spas take care of all your hot tub and pool needs.
Fantastic service and products. I purchased a new spa from them and I couldn’t be happier with it. They handled everything with the set up with ease. I would definitely recommend!
