We visited Oahu before COVID and back then we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Rooms were clean, towels always fresh and ready to go whenever you need them. Prices could have been a bit lower, but it is a tourist attraction (The INFAMOUS Waikiki) so no big complaints overall. It is a good place with polite and friendly staff. Check it out and share your experiences please.
Nice hotel. Just wish they let you know more information on guest parking policies. At the front desk, the lady simply told me where it was. It's definitely my fault for not asking about cost, though I did not know I was about to spend $50.00 on parking. I got there at 9pm and left at 6:45am. I feel like I got ripped a new one. Is there better parking options?
Had a great experience here- beautiful room and great service. The phone didn’t work (not the biggest deal), so they gave us a food credit and we were super happy. Blair really helped us with some of our booking details and at the pool, Guillermo was awesome. He had so much aloha and was such a gentleman.
February 21 st ! 2020 Our wedding day❤ufe0fWe spent our honeymoon in your hotel. The staff was amazing , nice clean room, slightly dated but we didn’t care as we are in Hawaiiud83dude42who wants to spend even a portion of there time in a hotel room when your in paradise. Slightly unhappy with the ocean view as we where told we’d have one but our balcony faced another building only able to see the ocean if we leaned over the balcony on that note when the wonderful staff found out that my now spouse and I where honeymooning they moved us from that room to a ocean front ! Free of charge it was absolutely breathe taking.. we will definetly be back thank you for the great Hawaiian experience
My stay in April 2021 was very SUBPAR! Attempting to update my credit card on file the concierge had my wife on hold for over 45 minutes. Management needs to take a long look at the front desk clerks and maid service. There was hair all over the bathroom and furniture. The toilet had urine on the seat which cause the room to smell. And on top of that this place doesn't have regular room service or offer breakfast with your stay. Please do not pay this obscene amount of money for a resort that provides a motel 8 experience!!! The best part of my stay for the parking attendees and bellhop.
