It was a pain to signup, the fees are ridiculous for what you’re getting, and the plans are inflexible.nnThen it was a pain to cancel. They told us we had to come in to sign a cancelation form. We came and they said there was no form, but we had to come back to talk to the GM during business hours.nnYou can sign up over the phone in 5 minutes, but canceling will take you half a business day.nnI guess a stop payment is the only option.
I worked out here while on vacation last year and when home in March. Now in August I get two charges on my credit card (1 for me and 1 for my wife) for a monthly membership fee of $141 X2. I have communicated with the management that refuses to do anything about it and uses Covid as an excuse. I never entered into a contract with these people at all and yet they feel they can just bill me for a service I only used briefly while on vacation. Terrible!

Came here for a massage and it was just okay. There was no sauna or steam facilities which are so necessary for a good spa experience. Also there was a default 18% gratuity added to the final bill which I found to be bit pricey. They also failed to mention while booking the spa appointment that they only had one female massuse which made it very uncomfortable for us when we reached there.
