The best massage and experience I've ever had. I got the deep tissue massage with hot stones and it was absolute bliss. My back was really tight and Jan was wonderful at spending so much time working to get it to relax. I have no complaints about the massage or total experience. I got the massage in January and it was so wonderful that I had planned to keep coming back every few months but then covid-19 happened. I keep hoping the hotel will open back up, once its safe of course. Jan, if you are still giving massages please let me know as I would love to book with you again! I would even get a covid test 3-5 days prior to coming.

Wonderful experience. I visited the spa's pool, received a beautiful pedicure from Janet, and a wonderful facial from Anamaria. Both Janet and Anamaria gave me great treatments and good advice during the visit. Also, the staff (including the management team) was amazing and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. If you give it a try, you wont regret it.

Didn't have the greatest experience here. Last day of our holidays we were looking forward to a relaxing massage and facial. Therapists were very nice, massage was very soothing and relaxing. Unfortunately, when it was time for our facials there was a black out with all power gone. Instead of relaxing, it was darkness, sirens continuously blaring and announcements non stop. Our treatments weren't possible due to machines not working without power. When I tried to request some kind of discount for not receiving what we booked for, we were very politely but definitely told no, not their policy. They wanted full payment, no consideration that instead of a facial we got shock treatment. Very disappointed, not even offered a free bottle of water which i would have accepted as some kind of understanding. Obviously things have changed in Hawaii, or in the way this spa operates. Customer doesn't matter as long as you pay even if you didn't get what you booked for. Not impressed but it was a very expensive lesson learned.

I was so disappointed with this place. I scheduled a basic shampoo and blow dry. I was told in person that the cost was $40. If I wanted it flat-ironed then it would be an additional $35. Kind of steep, but I agreed. The stylist took the entire hour just to do that basic service. I never got it flat-ironed because of time. My regular gal does it and a flat-iron in 40 mins.nnThen they present me with a bill for $67. They charged me for the length of my hair - which is just barely touching my neck. Plus gratuity and taxes. Then they wanted me to add an additional tip. None of these costs were explained to me, and I booked my appointment in person. This should have been explained to me up front. I spoke to the manager and she did nothing the rectify the situation. I left the salon and went back to my hotel room to restyle and smooth it over myself. This salon isn’t worth it!nnWanda B
