Fantastic service! The open air cabana the sounds of the breezes blowing, the smell and sound of the rain all made for perfect serenity. Service was prompt, easy, professional, caring and knowledgeable. One of the ultimate best spas in Hawaii and for very good reason. Their quality is pristine. Will return!

Keiko was great!!!!

Massage was ok very expensive. For 50 mins was $160 when I went to pay it cost $198 US as they added taxes which is standard then they decided to take $28 extra as a tip for the therapist without even telling me. I was shocked as they didnt even ask me what or IF I wanted to tip. I then said they should have advertised the extra fee to let people know the true price and I was ignored. Will not be going back again !

Great service and good technique. We had deep tissue massages and were excellent. But it’s very pricey.

Over priced average at best massage. Go somewhere else
