I had a day where I decided to buy a portable air conditioner with the family so I bought the portable air conditioner and in order to take it home I had to take it out of the box so I did that and I got home I set it up and it made a crazy banging sound and then pieces starter flying out of it Of course I'm very upset I just literally bought it maybe an hour before and already threw the box away but Home Depot is so good because all I did was put the thing back in my car drive right back down there show them my receipt and no questions asked got another one and took it home I just felt like that was awesome they didn't give me any trouble. Kim was awesome in the returns department. She said No problem sirnbesides the fact Home Depot has everything you need at all the times you need it five stars for Home Depot

Tanya at the pro desk is awesome. She is always thee best help. The entire staff is great. This store is always run well. Suggested tip use the upper floor to park. Don't hassle with the lower floor.

Knew what I wanted, so went in and out quickly! Used self check out.
