New to the Island and we are so Thankful for Roger and Lei. Roger did not rush our shopping at all. In fact he would walk to different parts of the floor just to find pillows that we Loved. And Lei Thank you for making the financing very quick and easy, you were so kind and even with your mask we knew your constantly smiling at us!nThank you Red Knot, will be back!

We been in the store for 45 minutes and we crossed a few salesmen and no one made eye contact or ask us if we needed help! After being in the store for 45 minutes, a young sales lady in the store approached us and offered some assistance!nShe was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! She knew how all the mechanical and electrical parts of the furnitures worked! She took care of everything from purchasing, warranties, and deliveries! She deserves 5 stars, for an awesome and amazing job and very knowledgeable! Thank you Kristine Kwock!

Went to the Kapolei branch and was helped by Mike. Very personable and relaxed atmosphere . He was knowledgeable and helpful and purchased a sectional from him. Will definitely go and see Muke Bonifacio for all my needs.
