Ashley Furniture store on Ward is DA BOMB!nKelly on the Slumber World Dept, was very knowledgeable, knew what we were looking for, explained all the features of the different types of mattresses. We finally decided on a mattress, box, frame, and headboard. Plus she helped with also getting a Queen size mattress, box, frame and head board. Kelly was very patient with us.... Great Prices !!
I was greeted warmly when I entered the store.nShe introduced herself as Andrea and inquired about what I was looking for. We walked around and she answered my questions. I felt comfortable around the store, I told her that this was my 4th visit. So far I have never left the store without making a purchase. No pressure to buy what I do not need. Mercy was welcoming as soon as we came in and was a help every step of the way. Allowed my fiancé and I time to walk around and look together and be available when we had questions. Even took the time to search through inventory not on the floor that we may be interested in. Highly recommend!
Lots of good choices and found just what we needed for a little home! Our salesperson was Mercy whonunderstood our needs and budget! Perfect sales person.nnIt will be a bit of time before our delivery but with COVID-19 running havoc with supply demand and shipping- we understand the delay.
