I personally would not usually go online to write a review, however if I did not and you were looking for services for your loved one after passing I would be doing you a great disservice. From the moment I called about my brother passing the person on the phone said call back on Monday. After calling speaking with someone giving them details because we live on the outer Island Dolly said that I would be contacted by the coordinator to discuss everything and finish paperwork on line. I was never contacted. I called back reached Raymond whom was the coordinator. From the time I spoke with him I felt no remorse at all for the loss of our family member. He did not inform in detail as the process the death certificate ,the obituary etc. But was quick to make sure he received the payment. i was trying to get my loved one out of the hospital in a timely manner and did not want him left at the hospital. I mentioned this to Raymond and his response was( They have a morgue there)That is the most callus thing you could say to someone about they're loved one . The list goes on and on and on . As of today no notification about obituary what paper where it went into where we can look for it etc... Also they want an extra $45 to mail the certificate to us from Honolulu to Hawaii Island.All the information for obituary was sent to Raymond and his words are he never received it you would of though he would of asked seem's like he did not care enough to. Also he did not bother to put the obituary on they're obituary site personally. Moral of the long exhausting review is look for a cemetery that will make you feel as though everything they are providing you as a service you feel good about it. They sit down with you or over the phone and discuss the process in detailnTo respond to the next of kin response. I took care of everything for my brother and this was clarified on the phone first discussion and his wife called immediately to let you know I had full authority to be the one to represent him. I told Raymond and she called. had he took the time to have a family phone call which is what we understood would happen then none of this would of risen. Bottom line no clarity, no communication poor coordinator

Oahu Mortuary provided my family with a pleasant sunsetting service for my daughter who unexpectantly passed away at age 25 on April 18, 2019. The staff were all sensitive and professional in meeting the needs of my family. They helped us to feel at ease and accomodated our family and friends after normal business hours. My daughter looked beautiful and the arrangements, music and multimedia were exceptional. Thank you so much for making a difficult situation peaceful.

Chapel space is decent size. Sound system carries into the adjacent lanai area. Only 1 restroom stall each for men and women and a third unisex ADA stall. No papertowels in stalls, expect to use hand dryers. Staff is courteous and helpful. Entry into driveway was from Robinson Lane. Staff will direct those who need ADA parking. Hidden gem is Koi pond at the back of the property. Good reflection space.

Worked one on one with Nicole she was very kind and helpful helped me understand the facts of My Mother's creation no stress or worries thank you very much you guys are the best

Very considerate, let us come later even though they had to move stuff around, never tried to sell or up charge anything.
