The staff was most courteous and respectful for our entire experience from first contact to last. We felt cared for and listened to for our every need. Thank you for easing some of the sorrow we felt surrounding mom's passing and attending to us like family. Much mahalo.

The entire staff of Hawaiian Memorial was always courteous, helpful, and professional. They were always willing to answer questions, make changes, find information I needed, and make arrangements. I am glad my plan is also with them, somy children will be able to work with them when it is my time.

As our family lost a father we were made comfortable by the assistance of the staff. They were sensitive to the families desires and hopes. The Staff made sure we were kept updated with our loved one. Things turned out great we are sure it was what our dad wanted. Thank you...
