A Cake Life

A wonderful company to work with. Had a need for a specialty cake and it came out perfect!! Thanks for making our celebration awesome!!! Highly recommend them.

In planning my Zoom wedding, I didn't need a large cake, but I still wanted it to be beautiful and delicious. A Cake LIfe was the only place we could get samples of the cake flavors to try, so I decided on them. I found the design on their website. I wanted tropical flowers, lots of color, and cascading. I chose two flavors for each of the two layers. I expected a short two layer cake, but when it was delivered, it was magnificent!! The cascading flowers were perfect, and it was the best tasting wedding cake I've ever had! My guests were raving about how good it was. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect cake, and I am so grateful to A Cake Life for making my special day extra special. It's still good a week later!

Hired A Cake Life as my cake vendor for a wedding on April 27, 2020, which has been involuntarily cancelled due to the closure of our venue. This vendor had no contract, no cancellation policy, and only a deposit to secure the vendor for the date. Due to the shelter-in-place order and the closure of our venue, there was no longer a date to secure. We paid this vendor in full, and they refused to give even a partial refund. Not a cent back. Instead, they gave us credit towards a future purchase. I live in NJ and my fiancee lives in FL, so giving us hundreds of dollars in bakery credit is ridiculous. It just seems like it's convenient for this vendor to keep the money that's already in their account without working, and take advantage of their clients amid the pandemic. I definitely do not recommend this vendor.

Customer for life! Great service! My twins quarantined themed 1st birthday cakes where PERFECT! My husband's Happy Father's Day grill cake was Delicious! We plan to order a cake for Kwanzaa next!

I have always had wonderful experiences with A Cake Life every time I have ordered special occasion cakes from them The last cake was for my wedding on Father's Day and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I have always had great customer service from Kristin and her staff.
