We had a great mattress shopping experience at Mattress by Appointment in Brookings. They had a great selection of mattressesnto choose from and the prices were pleasing to our wallet! Thank you Kandy, Jim and Gus for your knowledge and help! Highly recommend!

Well I manage a hotel and know a lot about beds. When I decided to buy new I wanted to buy from someone who knows a lot about beds not just a floor sales person who let's you bounce on their mattresses and tells you to choose the one that feels the best. This young couple went out of their way to advise me and help me choose the right bed for me. Oh, and they did let me bounce on the mattresses too. They delivered my set to me and Jim was there to supervise and coach his helpers on how to move mattresses correctly, which really impressed me by the way. Jim even drove into town after hours to help. Now that is great customer service. Aside from the customer service. So far so good I love my new mattress set. Thumbs up Jim and Kandy keep doing what you're doing cause its working!
