Bought 2 chairs, a couch and a love seat from them and within a couple years the leather peeled horrible! This set was suppose to be bonded leather and it is absolutely the worse set I have ever owned. I had this set in my 2nd living room so we hardly ever sat on them so it took a while for us to realize they were falling apart. I called them to let them know about my furniture and they would not replace them for me unless I bought them again. After I sent them all the pictures they tried to tell me it was because of pets and I informed them I absolutely have never had any pets in my house. Would never buy from them again. Sorry you defiantly should have better customer service being that you are a locally owned business. I own 2 businesses and will always make things right with my customer regardless!

This place is amazing. By far the best staff you’ll ever find. So helpful, so friendly and zero, I mean zero pressure. They make sure you leave with the feeling that, if I ever need furniture in the future, I’m checking here first! We were looking at a rug and they were helpful far beyond our expectations. I highly recommend checking them out.

Great store and furniture

My husband and I moved from WA State to Three Forks for work. We got rid of most our furniture to live in an apartment until our house was ready.nWe walked in one day and within the last several months we’ve furnished our bedroom and our great room. It was a lot of fun having custom furniture made. Our house feels like a home with all the great stuff we’ve bought.nThey have absolutely beautiful furniture, art and great decorations.nThe STAFF is amazing and NO pressure sales!nI’m excited when I walk into Outwest Furniture! I’m happy to see the staff and I know I’ll be well taken care of!
