Homewood Suites by Hilton Bozeman

We had a last minute emergency and had to stay the night here when passing through.nStaff was great, lots of amenities here (laundry was a huge plus and very cheap).nRooms are spacious and have a lot to offer, rooms seemed clean (although some of the pans did not seem that clean).nCOVID wise it was nice that the room had an outside heater/cooler on the wall, also had stickers sealing the room after cleaning.nIt does say masks are required in the hotel, however being in Montana I did not see anyone enforce it and probably about 20% of the people I saw just didn’t wear one or care, which was frustrating.

Excellent hotel. Only stayed for one day, but every interaction with employees was positive. Room was clean and comfortable. Snow removal was also done promptly. Would return without hesitation.

Great hotel. Got in late and they had our room ready to go and even got us in an upgrade. Front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We really enjoy staying here. The king two bedroom suites are wonderful.

Wanted to write this review as the treatment I received was at the same level of friendliness and customer accommodation as my stays similar to Waldorf and Hilton hotels. Obviously the amenities and decor are of course different but the actual personal attention and care for customer was on par to even the premium hotel brands. Given Bozeman has a somewhat limited choice of hotels I decided to try Homewood as it was for one night.nnA large thank you to Tara, Brian and Sandra. Not only was my stay extremely pleasant but the service, accommodating staff, extremely clean and COVID standards protocol put in place for each room and the hotel far surpassed anything I could have even imagined.nnExtremely well run hotel, sizable rooms, staff is there and will accommodate you to their fullest capability. All staff even when walking by had protective gear on. Something I saw lacking at a premium well known $400 night 4 star hotel in NYC under a month ago.nnThey take customer satisfaction very seriously. Cannot recommend a better hotel to stay at when in downtown Bozeman.
