Montana Satellite

This company has the BEST customer service of any company with which I’ve ever dealt. My interactions have always been with Tom Mattheisen, the owner himself. When I first received my system, I had some difficulty with it (MY FAULT). Tom was available both via email and telephone to walk me through it until it was set up.

I called Montana Satellite for internet on Monday, and he had Spectrum out at my place by end of day Wednesday. He was fast, and he was able to answer all my questions in detail and after speaking to him, he clearly knows his stuff. Thanks MS!

I cannot say enough great things about this company, and especially Tom!! We have never seen such amazing customer service from any company or individual employee. No matter when we call or email with issues relating to our phone or internet satellites, Tom answers almost immediately regardless of the time of day or night. He is willing to travel the 2 hours to our house anytime we have needed him without question, and luckily he has been in the area every single time and able to come out and make the 4 hour round trip that same day. If you are in need of satellite internet or a satellite home phone system I would not hesitate to have them installed and maintained by them. I guarantee if you're with any other company you will not get such great customer service and you'll wait days or weeks to get someone out to you to fix your issues. We work from home and this system is integral and of utmost importance for our means of making a living. Therefore the unparalleled service we have received is not only appreciated greatly, but is necessary for us to maintain our business and livelihood.
