Very professional and clean. I had a couples massage and both masseuses were very adaptive to our preferences.

Don’t try to book a couples massage. Don’t expect anyone to be able to do deep tissue massages. Don’t expect them to know what you like even after 5+ years. Just plan on paying $100 for a back rub. Even when you cancel your membership they are kind enough to bill you an extra month. We really appreciate their thoughtfulness. As if they care about the client. They only care about $$$.

I have been a member of ME since 2013. 6 months ago I placed my account on hold. They are now wanting to put my membership back to full monthly payment when we are right in the middle of a WORLD PANDEMIC and SOCIAL DISTANCING! I told them if they elected to not continue to have my account on hold, where I am still paying a reduced monthly fee, I would cancel my membership.nnTHEY ELECTED TO HAVE ME CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!!! AND due to this I will lose 11 hours of massage time on my account......nnI am sorry ME but this is unacceptable and frankly a very poor business decision. Why would you elect to have a member of 7 years cancel their membership vs keeping some monthly income coming in and keeping a long term customer? As a business owner myself, I would be more focused on retaining MONTHLY paying customers as we work through this pandemic vs kissing them goodbye because of a procedural issue. It's about adapting and and changing to stay alive in this economy....not the smartest business decision in my book.
