Kevin is an awesome guy. I love the appointment idea, his focus is on you and your questions which he answers right away. Prices are affordable and love we can make payments. He even has a few toys for your little ones to play with! We definitely left with a big comfy bed, and mattress protector and two very comfortable pillows added as a bundle and yes it's worth it! I contacted Mattress By Appointment, worked out a time to meet, I didn't have to worry about other customers interrupting, found a comfortable mattress right away. Prices were reasonable, I didn't have to travel or pay shipping. Kevin was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend and when necessary will use again.
