I just want to start off by saying she is very unprofessional, I went to book an appointment, and the day of the appointment I went it was closed. I messaged her to still confirm my appointment or to reschedule and she didn’t even respond.
I had booked an appointment with the lady and the day I went and showed her how I wanted my hair and started laughing at my face and after bleaching my hair she didn't use no conditioner and started to comb my hair really rough And tore my hair and didn't even care especially right after bleaching my hair gets delicate never going there again bad service and not professional
