I really like the courteous service of the staff. Especially special thanks to David who kept my misplaced wallet safe and sound with all my IDs. After finding out that my wallet is missing, I called the store and David picked up my call. He was very professional, courteous and helpful over the phone. He stored my wallet safely and after a week when I came back to store, he smilingly handed me my wallet. I thank all the concerned and wish all Pilot staff members membership Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

Nogales, AZ Pilot.nThe chubby woman at the front desk (night shift) is very rude, she doesn't know what customer service is, not even willing to help the clients, and is in a very mad mood all the time. I think Pilot needs to make sure they have customer service training for its employees, definitely this chubby woman needs that. We stopped for a shower at 12am and she charged the fees to our card after that, she said no showers available when the store was empty, in my opinion she needed to go clean a shower and help the customers right? She asked us to leave the store because I was not wearing a facemask, and at other store locations if they see u without facemask they give u one with no problem and this woman asked us to leave or she will call the police. PLEASE Pilot, don't keep untrained people or unhappy people under your name, this experience run away your clients.

Little blonde-curly girl at Wendy's needs some training,or a different job where she doesn't deal with costumers. Very rude..

Only reason it gets 5 stars is that the grounds are very clean and trash cans are emptied all the timenBesides that the horn blaring during the day and most of the night you can't sleep. Would not come here if you want sleep.

Me and a friend stopped in there on our way to Rio Rico and Patagonia was able to get a few souvenirs
