What a lovely experience we've had today at Mountain View! The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was spectacular! Our server was a delight and went out of her way to make our daughter happy.nnWe were very pleased with our visit and I look forward to coming back.
The Mountain View Cafe and Bakery is a gem! I had the classic French dip, potato salad, and salted caramel cheesecake. It was all soo good! My only critique is that the potato salad had a smidge too much mayo. But it's a preference really, I still thought it was tasty. My husband had the chicken cordon bleu and carrot cake, both were fantastic! I live two hours away from the cafe and was just passing through with friends and we thought we'd try it. I'm so glad we did!
Lunch was great. But the desserts are to die for!!! They are beautiful work of art sitting on a plate waiting for you to enjoy.
Very disappointed. We were invisible to the hostess and other wait staff for about 8 minutes...and this place is tiny. We left and had a wonderful meal at Denny's. We tried to support small business, but apparently they didn't want us.
Hidden gem! Delicious ud83dude0bfood. Had the club sandwich and the soup of the day.. Taste homemade. They only serve lunch. The bakery treats are soooo good!!! It's a must if you're in ghe area.
