Kate is a very sensitive person to your needs. Very knowledgeable and inspiring. Love her energy work and massage techniques. You leave feeling light and refreshed both physically and emotionally. Really enjoy her perky attitude and smile. I have enjoyed taking her classes and hope there will be more.

Kate is very professional and yet very welcoming! She knows her stuff and has done amazing work on me and my husband. Through pregnancy she has continued to help my body adjust to not only the needs of carrying and delivering a healthy baby but helping me continue to stay active before and through pregnancy. I have seen many body work professionals through several states and Kate ranks in the top. I am so grateful to have such a great service in our home town. I highly recommend to anyone needing body work done.

I am a runner and suffer from sore muscles and pelvis issues. I met Kate a little over a year ago and since then, she has worked on these issues. When I go to see her for a massage, she seems to know exactly what my body is in need of. Energy work, relaxing, deep tissue, sport, or even a rejuvenation massage. Her studio is always clean and well kept. The best part is that I do not have to go to the chiropractor as much as I had to in the past.

My experience with Kate and Better Bodywork was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and gave me the best massage I’ve ever received. I’ve also taken Kate’s Better Bodywork courses and found them incredibly informative and insightful. I loved every single one and would jump at the chance to take them again or to go to any new course she offered.
