I had my leather jacket sleeves shortened, and several patches put onto another jacket. I was very pleased with the work done, with the fair pricing and with the turnaround time of the project.

I needed my bridesmaid dress unexpectedly altered a month before my friend’s wedding after becoming pregnant and realizing I could no longer zip it all the way up the back. I was incredibly stressed, but Kristine put me at ease with her confidence that she could help me. And she did not disappoint! She was more than willing to work with my schedule and the dress fit perfectly and looked beautiful the day of the wedding. Thank you, Kristine!

Very disorganized and horrible customer service! Had my husbands coat to replace the zipper for 4 months. Wanted to charge us $36 after quoting $28. After attempting no less than 30 times to make arrangements to get it back, she told us to pick it up in a paper bag in her driveway & said she had ripped out the zipper she had replaced ??!! Don’t understand her motivation here ... we just wanted the coat repaired which is what she had contracted to do. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!nSide note: Took the coat to someone reputable who charged us $12 and it’s ready in 5 days!
