I was having a rough day, I had just picked up my late husband ashes and wanted to get a pick me up for me and my young children. The woman at the drive thru was so sweet, she even paid for our order. Thank you for your kind heart and generosity, it meant alot to me.
As I was waiting in the drive thru for my drink and bakery item. I watched the employee give a brown bag item from a basket to the car ahead of me. The driver took the bag from the basket then handed it back to employee. Who then grabbed the bag. Then handed the driver a white bag. I wondered if the brown bag item was mine? I then pulled up to the window. Handed the employee my gold card and cash to add on. The employee took items from from hand into her hand. Then proceeded to give me the bakery item from a basket for me to take. I just dont understand to use of the basket if everything is being touched back and forth anyway? As a bonus they heated my chocolate croissant without my knowledge. So I had a chocolate mess while driving. This covid thing is making people goofy!
Ordered a Cold Hot Chocolate & they gave my this instead ☹ but normally love this location.
Always friendly staff and amazing coffee.
