John was sooo careful & gentle when using drill. He did an excellent job. Pricey, but well worth it! Would definitely go back!

If you schedule an appointment expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you are seen. Inappropriate method of acrylic removal. Lan pulled two of my acrylics off with pliers, when I said ouch she giggled. After waiting for 30 minutes for my appointment I she stopped my manicure half way through for 20 minutes to wax two other customers. VERRY unprofessional.

I called for an appointment at 10 Am I went at the scheduled time and I waited an hour and a half . 2 people got in front in of me so I left. Also she still charged me
