I just want to say that Rivera Funerals did a wonderful job helping my family and I through difficult times. They were really respectful and sincere in their help. I want to give special thanks to Amber Ortiz. She was amazing. She treated us like family going out of her way to help us. In these trying times it is always hard to make arrangements of loved ones, but with Amber by our side helping us she made it easier by alleviating a lot of stress and uncertainties.

My world was shattered October 2019 when my ony son, my only child passed away unexpectedly. When it came time to look into purchasing a stone for my son's plot I had no idea of which way to turn. My older brother had suggested for me to contact Tiffany at Rivera's because one of his friends had Tiffany work with their family when a loved one passed away and said the stone the family had purchased working with her had turned out beautiful. I reached out to her and we scheduled a time to meet . At the time her and I started working together I was completely lost and heart broken. I wasn't able to obtain anything in my mind, I was in a fog. Tiffany was so patient and sensitive to what I was going through. She put together 4 proofs for me always allowing me to take as much time as I needed to make my decision. The stine was complete and ready for pick up in early February. When I first saw my son's stone in person for the first time I cried. I cried because the final product was even more beautiful than I had expected from the proofs. Since the stone was set at the cemetery so many people have complimented on how beautiful it had turned out. Three months back a friend of mine had lost his father and when he was looking for help and idea's to put together on a stone for his father he called me up and asked me if I could please give him the phone number to the person who helped me with my son's stone because he was so impressed with it he wanted to go through her for his father's. Here I am 11 months after the passing of my son and I am slowly being able to retain things in my mind and slowly coming out of the fog. I recently decided I wanted to start putting together idea's for a granite bench for my son's plot and because of how much compassion and sensitivity Tiffany had shown with me while working with her for the stone it was a certain that I pick up the phone and call her. I felt no need to shop around and get different price quotes because I know she will make sure I will receive a top quality bench at the best price possible. Tiffany is taking time out of her busy work schedule to meet me at the cemetery where my son is resting this coming week because I asked her if she could possibly make time to meet me there just to go over things on the bench and the area where it will stand for eternity. She did not hesitate and we scheduled a day to meet. The service I have received from Tiffany and all the staff at Rivera's has been outstanding. When the bench is completed I already let Tiffany know that I would like to work with her again on purchasing a stone for a friend of mine who passed 7 years back. I appreciate Tiffany and the entire staff at Rivera's more than they will ever know.
