We stopped for a night in Roswell, NM on our way back to Austin TX from CA. We were tired, hungry and not sure where to get something good for dinner. A Google search of “best pizza in Roswell” turned up Eli’s Bistro. We drove there, but because of the pandemic we couldn’t go in to order. We called in our order from the parking lot and then asked where we could also by a bottle of wine. They gave a great recommendation and we ordered an Eli’s Special Pizza, which was excellent. The toppings were delicious, the crust was well cooked. They even brought it out to us in our car. I can highly recommend Eli’s for a delicious pizza in Roswell.

Great place to stop and have a morning pick me up. Delicious pastries and good assortment of non pastries. I really suggest the sandwiches. Best Brickhouse type pizzas i tasted in town so far.

This was our first visit, we ordered pizza (mushrooms, black olives, sundried tomatoes) for pickup. Pizza must not be their thing. The mushrooms are canned. The sundried tomatoes were actually fresh tomatoes. The crust was OK. I've had much better elsewhere. But it was Sunday and they were open.

You wouldn't think so upon first glance but this place was amazing. The guy behind the counter was so friendly, actually reminded me of Toby Mcguire in Pleasantville. Had the Philly cheesestake and it was delicious. Also got this huge piece of cheesecake and huge piece of chocolate layered cake that were phenomenal. So thankful we ate here.

Got a to go order lasagna/spaghetti the pasta was hard and the sauce was bland. Wasn’t horrible, but I won’t go back.
