The female employee standing at the front of the store counting customers was of no help to me when I asked her how I was going to get my many bags of merchandise out to my car if I wasn't able to take a cart. She literally shrugged her shoulders and held her hands out and said I don't know. She also did not help me when the alarm went off because a tag had not been removed from a shirt I bought. She stood there and watched as I jumbled my things trying to figure out which bag had the tag in it. I was there from about 3:45 to 5pm on Sunday December. 13th if anyone from corporate wants to speak to her about her job performance. The cashier was amazing and helpful, but the door lady gave to exact opposite of customer service!!! Rude and unhelpful!

Vanessa always makes me laugh and greets me with a smile that for some reason or another leaves me aware that smile is also dont take my kindness for weakness. Bridgette also friendly enough to know she aint playing around.

Was in here a few days ago and employees were rude. Shelves were essentially empty. Came back today to get a specific item I saw the other day and the store was closed at 9:45 with shopping carts in front of the doors and the signs and online say they’re supposed to be open until 10pm. They all refused to pick up the phone when I called also. If you’re supposed to be open until 10pm that’s when your doors should close, it’s not even 10 yet as I’m making this post. Not impressed.
