Customer service never answers the phone.

Very clean and organized. Not many people inside. Was nice for a Saturday evening. I had a return wish i waited in line for, not more than five minutes. Very friendly woman who helped me at customer service. No complaints

This is a well-deserved shout out to Sue, in cosmetics who assisted me this evening. She has helped me on numerous occasions while shopping at the Grossmont store and is always so professional and courteous! She also possesses an unusual ability to remember customer preferences.

The younger girl who works in men's clothing was do helpful and friendly. She helped me find the upc for the pants you didn't have in stock. Amazing service.

I will always enjoy Macy's. They're my go-to department store, online and in person. Good sale incentives available.
