Kohl's

Amazon Prime return brought me here, but I left with some curtains and pants and shirts for my daughters. Young man at the register was very courteous and spoke to my little girls (9 &10) respectfully. This is one of the nicer Kohl's I have been in, which is why I return to shop here.

I returned an amazon order

Enjoy shopping at Kohls. Today I was just dropping off an Amazon return package. Unfortunately there were no signs directing one to the drop-off location which is near the back of the store. Only 1 cashier was open so I waited in the checkout line for 15 minutes before I was sent to the Amazon return center. Using Amazon returns at Kohls US really convenient and easy. You don't need to wrap/box the item. The process was fast once I found the right location. A sign near the entrance would help.

Had a large Amazon order to return. I called ahead and was assured it would be no problem, there were two Amazon attendants available. The one young man working the quiet area did fine. I then noticed him getting uncomfortable. A line was forming. I offered to stop and allow people to go ahead of me. Not possible. Instead of scanning individual items, he scanned the order despite being told it was incorrect. He assured me he individually checked off each item and noted missing or added items. I called Amazon when I got home to explain what had happened. As suspected & verified by his worthless receipt, he did not do as he said. I went through each item with amazon. They then double charged me for some of the items. Refunded others and did nothing with the rest. It took two months of them holding about one thousand dollars hostage while they waited to see what showed up in their warehouses. An additional three months of waiting for items that showed up but were not scanned to find their way back as one of my returns. It has taken multiple daily phone calls & five months to fix what this idiot did. All said, Amazon has done an incredible job. This kid at Kohls though. He has cost me untold hours of stress, headaches, sleeplessness, constant monitoring of my accounts. Monies would be put back and then remove. The follow up, detailed records, pages of phone conversations, emails and text chats with the merchants & Amazon I had to keep to prove what was said or what decision had been made. His panic and incompetence has left me incredibly angry. Just yesterday, a charge was put on my amazon card as an item never returned. It continues still. Very, very angry.

My cashier was very nice and made sure we got the best deals.
