Preferred Pets Cremation

I lost my kitty after over 20 years. I took her to Preferred Pets for cremation and would like to express my gratitude to the people who helped me. So kind and understanding !! My kitty’s ashes were returned in a lovely, sealed, wooden box and I was also given a beautiful card and lovely bracelet. Pam texted me for a picture of “Happy” and they made bookmarks with her picture and lovely, compassionate expressions. Thank you so much.

My mom used Preferred Pets for the cremation of our cat, and despite this obviously being an awful time, they were so understanding and caring and helped make the process as easy as possible. The presentation of the ashes was also very nice and came with a lovely card. I'm grateful that they made a really difficult time a little bit easier for my mom.

My dog Chevy and I,have been together since hours after he was born,till the day he passed. So leaving him with just anybody ,was very hard for me. Mark,at Preferred Pets made it so much easier for me. His compassion for my loss was deeply felt. When I walked from the outside to inside,my worries were gone.Everyone I talked with were very nice and sincere.It was hard to show how much it meant at the time ,but it meant a lot then and always will mean a lot to me how sincere everyone was when I went back to pick up Chevy. They have many differnt erns to choose from.Everything came out perfect to go with my perfect baby boy. Thank u Preferred Pets for making things easier. Chevy deserved the best and that is what he got. Thank u Preferred Pets.Thank u Mark for giving me the security of knowing Chevy would be in good hands.
