Giving them five stars because they are comically busy at certain hours of the day but all things considered they are working non-stop

Absolutely disgraceful service. This morning at 8am I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 50 Lower College Road in South Kingston, Rhode Island. Not only were the staff goofing around, but they were very disrespectful and discourteous towards me. There was a misunderstanding on their part, someone had picked up my order (a medium hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar) by mistake. But the snotty attitude of an employee by the name of Tiffany Jenkins and the staff that congregated around her led to me asking to speak to the manager. The manager was nice enough to refund my coffee, but seemed as if she had dealt with this exact situation before which leads me to believe that the likelihood of piss-poor service is far greater than 0%, and for that reason they have lost my repeat business.
It’s always busy they always trying their best
Busy as hell at times (inbetween classes) but they serve customers as quickly as possible. Everybody looks like they are always working hard.
