We opened the doors and were immediately hit with the smell of fresh bread and pastries which is probably one of the best possible smells ever!!!! As soon as we opened the door our mouths started watering! We were greeted by the owners right away with hellos’s and smiles and were extremely helpful and friendly! Everything we ordered ( which is too much to say) was amazing and definitely fresh!!! My son absolutely loved the bread and the homemade garlic butter and of course the cookies. We highly recommend checking them out and supporting local! Fresh hand to made food is always worth the wait of there is a line when you go!!!
I've probably had 50 loaves from South County Bread since they opened, and never had a bad bite. The bread is fantastic, fairly priced, and the customer service is excellent. Can't wait til they inevitably expand into a bigger location.
SoCo bread is the real deal - the best bread that I have ever had in Rhode Island. Baguettes are crunchy and tender, sour dough is moist and delicious, much more and the variety keeps growing! Online advance ordering makes pick up a breeze but you really do want to meet these folks - they are simply the best!
This place is amazing, and so are Jeff and Keri Lyn. Their breads are the best we have found in Rhode Island. Every one we have tried has been delicious. This family goes above and beyond to make your experience awesome!
Truly Outstanding bread. Everything i have tried has met or exceeded my expectations. I grew up in NYC with all types of Top Quality bakeries in the the neighborhood. Until Jeff opened this bakery it was one of the things I missed most about NYC. i.e. The availability of a TOP Quality Bakery. Problem solved!
