I can't say enough great things about Northeast Kitchens. Our project was substantial. We knocked down the dining room wall and expanded the kitchen into the former dining room. A bathroom was also remodeled. Conceptually, we had an idea what we wanted, but the design team at Northeast Kitchen made it real using state of the art design tools. From the initial site visit to the design meetings to demolition to the new floors to the final coat of paint, the Northeast Kitchen team delivered a wonderful experience and a kitchen we truly love. The construction was pretty much on time. Construction materials and craftsmanship were very high quality. Communication was excellent by the project manager and home office. There were some glitches by a couple of subcontractors but Northeast Kitchens immediately took ownership and quickly addressed and rectified all issues. If you are looking for a friendly and professional team that will deliver the kitchen of your dreams without the headaches that sometimes comes with these projects, Northeast Kitchens is for you! Highly recommended!!!

Northeast was so easy to work with. They were professional, didn’t go over budget, and completed the work on time. They were easy to work with from the design stage through completion. I highly recommend.

I have done work with this company over the years. They have great kitchen designers who are RISDI trained. They’ll design a kitchen that looks like a page out of Fine Homebuilding. While they are remodeling your kitchen or adding an addition to your home your project manager will keep you informed with a webpage for your project. You can see what their schedule is, see and approve of your kitchen materials, keep up to date on your upcoming payment schedule, all through your personal home page. You can see what day the plumber will attach your kitchens farmers sink or when the painters will be there. It’s a great thing to knowing exactly what your builder has planned for the upcoming weeks or next day. An elevated experience compared to typical contractors.

Northeast Kitchen and Flooring was great to do business with. We had a complete gut and remodel of our bathroom done by them. What an amazing company. Renee helps you with design, details, styles, colors, etc. Renee is wonderful to deal with and makes things easy! Gregg was the Project Manager and was exceptional to deal with!!! He communicates very effectively and always keeps you updated on everything. There is a schedule for your project online along with your entire account. You can email everyone including the owner Mike, see your balance, see daily logs, etc. When they have something scheduled, they show up on time. If there is a need to reschedule, you are notified in advance. I cannot say enough about the the experience. I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

Kitchen renovation one year ago- still not done and no one follows up or returns calls. Started out fine- we are still waiting for parts and accessories. Disappointed.
