Coffee was good, but what was great was the service Lisa provided! Her attention to detail and service was exceptional. As someone in management I truly appreciate people like this that can make an ordinary experience (a cup of coffee) extraordinary!
If I could give no stars I would. Twelve year olds in charge of drive through do not know what they are doing. Gave wrong size of bacon. Gave wrong size donut order. Grabbed back my receipt and threw it out when I asked for it They don't know any prices, sizes or procedeures. Avoid!
Best Dunkin of the donuts. If you have donuts and need to dunk them, this is where you need to go. Dunkin smunkin donutties.
2 stars simply because LIGHT ICE MEANS LESS THAN NORMAL, BECAUSE I ENJOY HAVING MORE THAN 4 SIPS OF FREAKING COFFEE WITH MY DONUT, FRANCISCO.
I normally don't go to this DD and went there because I had to drop my daughter at work. This place is really nice, big and very clean and not to mention the staff are very friendly and kind. One day I left my wristlet there and didn't realize it until I got home and grant you I live 25 minutes away from this franchise and I was freaking out. I called them and explained and was told that they had it and would hold it for me until I got there. I was so relieved and thanked them for keeping it safe for me. If you're in the area do stop by you won't be disappointed.
