Only reason for the 4 stars is giving honor to a music store not the name Guitar Center. Been going to this location for years. Of course the jack up prices on there used gear, some guitars might not be treated the best, the staff has never really been too pleasant. Just today I went in after a year and a half of not going due to pandemic. I was greeted by a nice gentleman on my left behind the counter and asked if we wanted to play anything. The staff was friendly but there’s no product! Very few guitars on the shelf. I can remember going and seeing row after row. Very limited on everything so keep that in mind when going in. I would say just check the website and see if they have what you want in stock first. Just disappointed in the selection.

I've been coming here since the early 2000's for most of my guitar needs. Cables, picks, effects, the usual. Got my wife a beautiful weighted keyboard at a great price for her birthday. I'm always excited to make a GC run! Glad to see them still cranking out the goods.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very welcome and friendly environment for musicians of all skill levels! Trevor set up my Gibson Les Paul perfectly and in a timely manner! I'm overjoyed with the quality of his service. Will be bringing more equipment in for him! This place gets 5 stars for his service and expertise.

customer service is outstanding. Makes shopping for instruments and music supplies a very enjoyable experience. Not only are the staff kind and welcoming but they are also very knowledgeable and always looking to make your shopping experience more helpful.

Alan and Andrew were fantastic, well informed, and helpful with getting a new guitar shipped to NC so our soldier didn't have to carry it through the airport on his way back to his post. Everyone who spoke with us was extremely attentive, positive and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
